How you can help us.....
Willows Hedgehog Rescue is a totally self funded organisation relying on public donations to carry on our work.
There is sometimes confusion that rescues are funded by the British Hedgehog Preservation Society. This is not the case. Rescues such as Willows are not linked, associated with or supported by the BHPS and are entirely separate and self funded organisations working 24/7/365 front line for hedgehogs providing Advice, Rescue, Treatment, Aftercare, Release and Public Education and Awareness.
As an entirely self funded operation we need your help.
We are very lucky in having a veterinary practice that works with us to provide operations etc at an agreed cost, however the running costs do mount up. The cost of, veterinary procedures, post operative care in the rescue, medications, medical consumables, food, heating, bedding, gloves, Emergency out of hours veterinary care and even in this economic climate the fuel to get to rescues etc so any donations would be very much appreciated.
You can help us in many ways from items such as those on the list below, items from our Amazon wish list, donations through paypal or cheque etc.
100% of all donations go to the rescue, treatment, rehabilitation of hedgehogs. All of our time is given free and we take nothing out of the rescue funds.
Our thanks to Townsend Veterinary Practice Bromsgrove
for caring for our hogs when they need medical help.
